How do I place international calls?

You call the closest access number to your city, then you will be prompted to enter your account number (make sure to enter the number 7 in front of the account, the 7 is part of the account number) followed by the PIN. Dial 9 for international calls followed by the country code (011) and the number you wish to call (e.g. dial 011-49-24-23455).

Is there a time limit?

Calls are limited based on a complicated set of factors including cost, your use history, and advertisements. We are constantly working on allowing longer calls and providing better usability on our system. If you'd like to know more about your calling limits login to the portal and enter the number you'd like to call. This will tell you the current call length and whether or not you'd be able to call the number you desire.

What does this 'over my limit message mean'? Is there a limit to my calling?

We never want to place a limit on your calling. Unfortunately, explosive consumer demand has exceeded our expectations. If we cannot keep up, there are several different limits that are placed on our system. First, you cannot make more than one call with your account at a time. Second, we may place a limit on the number of calls per day. Third, we have limits to the calls we can receive on certain access numbers, and that we can make to certain areas. Obviously, the limits we place on the system are pretty complicated. To make it simple: if you receive a message that you've made too many calls today, that means that you have gone over the daily limit; If you get a message about your account being busy, that means someone else is dialing out using your account; If you get a message saying the system is too busy, that means we are receiving too many calls on that access number or are making too many calls to your desired destination.

How do you pay for this service?

We are advertiser supported. We simply replace the standard ring back tone with advertisements which you hear while you are being connected. We do not delay the connection of your call or reduce the quality of the call. Beyond this, there is not catch to the use of our system.

Can I make an international call from outside the United States?

At the moment you may only make international calls from inside the United States, Switzerland (Bellinzona and Lausanne) and Milan, Italy. However, we are working towards providing other countries with our service in the near future.
