Karl Seelig, CEO & President

Karl co-invented the Ring Back Signal Replacement technology in 1997. He kick-started the global deployment of this technology with his publication in the Economist Magazine in August of 2001. Before becoming President of PromoTel and CEO of Ring Plus, Mr. Seelig was CEO of Amplimmun Ag, Switzerland, a clinical research laboratory. He earned a BA in business and administration in Switzerland, and his MBA from Webster School of Technology. He became a doctoral candidate in Tourou University International in 2005.

Anita Seelig, CFO

Anita Seelig is co-inventor of the patented Ring Back Signal Replacement technology owned by the Company. She previously owned a fashion enterprise in Milan, Italy, and a fashion boutique on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California.

Eric De Dominic, CAO

Eric is the Chief Administrative Officer for Ring Plus. He is responsible for the company's overall operations, and he is in charge of all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, compliance, legal requirements and legal filings, compensation, benefits, organizational development, training and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Ring Plus Eric was the President of CT Engineering, the technology and specialty staffing unit of PDQ Personnel Services, Inc.
